Benefits
- Annual salary between $55,000 and $65,000, depending on experience
- Annual bonus of up to 16% of annual salary

- Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)

Profile
Skills and Professional Experience
- At least one year of experience in sales
- Proficiency with computer software
- Strong communication skills in French and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (an asset)
- Excellent physical condition (ability to lift very heavy loads of approximately 100 lbs)
- Valid driver’s license to travel to customer locations

Responsibilities
- Ensure the installation and removal of loading docks during peak season
- Ensure the availability of necessary equipment, materials, and components
- Coordinate installation teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Optimize schedules and monitor project progress
- Oversee the installation and dismantling of loading docks
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards and manufacturers’ guidelines
- Ensure effective communication and follow-up with clients
- Quickly resolve issues and provide post-installation support
- Prepare bids, estimates, and proposals
- Advise clients and conduct on-site visits
- Develop sales and meet profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on sales
